Our company worked with the client to plan out the features and design of a new web-based application. We handed over the design assets and wireframing to Ripseseed for them to build the backend and frontend from. There were 3 different web portals for 3 different user types. One was for an elderly population on mobile web. There was a Twilio (SMS) integration and several complicated graphs displays (complex UI).

I was given the ability to seed the database with test subjects and demonstrate the app progress to the client along the way. The key goals were to build iteratively to help test and narrow in on the MVP key features. I was able to demonstrate the key features to the client and receive feedback that was then implemented by Ripseeed.

Ripseseed's communication throughout the project was phenomenal. I was very clear about our milestones, deadlines, and budget, and they were responsive in letting me know up front what goals were achievable and which ones needed to be adjusted. Once we were in alignment they were able to stay mostly within the targets. The communication was very easy and productive throughout the experience.

I found their ability to make their own decisions when needed very unique and helpful. For example. we did not provide high fidelity mockup designs for every app feature and left this to their own decision. They embrace this and came up with some great design solutions.
