We required assistance from experienced developers to build a banking application and create buttons on multiple ecommerce websites. ITSolution24x7 understand the project and start the development in full-swing to get closer to the production phase.

What were your goals for this project?

1.Building a safe payment gateway/banking application & creating a software from scratch. 2.Fixing the issues related to the modules & designing the entire website 3.Creating and testing the ATM APIs & managing Angular based issues 4.Implementing credit card APIs & compiling data.

As one of the toughest projects, ITSolution24x7 managed it professionally and begin scrum development on sprint. Working on sprint enhances the work flow because the start and end dates were mentioned. The team split the tasks and handles the development phase accordingly. The team wanted to deploy two different types of users on the banking application, customers and merchants.

With the help of ITSolution24x7, we were able to create a secure banking application for our customers in Colombia. The team has earned our trust for a long-term relationship. The team performs at the optimum level and is exceedingly hard-working.

Project management was great as they have a established process of collecting informaiton and requirements and delivery according to that. Plus they are very good in communication we setup meeting every monday of the week to limit the issues.

They're a hired third-party IT company who manages all parts of our IT infrastructure. The group is in charge of both significant and minor projects.

They were in charge of monitoring our transition to a new facility, which was a major project. They were in charge of our relocation to our new headquarters in the summer of 2018. They made certain that we had the required IT infrastructure in place before we could start doing business in that premises. They are in charge of information technology for the entire company, including our locations in Texas, Detroit, and Mexico.

Our cloud-based transportation technology, comprising hardware, servers, and server racks, was also set up by them. They have access to every piece of technology that our organisation employs.

To ensure that we're constantly on the same page, we conduct quarterly feedback reviews for their firm. They're really professional and well-versed in their field. We've had a terrific time working with them and look forward to continuing our partnership.

We use their ticketing system to convey our requirements. Our team has administrative control over that platform, and we can look at open ticket analytics and see how many have been resolved. They respond quickly and provide well-thought-out solutions.
