TechMD is all about the customer experience. They're really intentional about how they do their client management process. Gus, our vCIO, leverages the TechMD resources to solve our problems. Our account manager is also sensitive to our specific organizational needs and our industry as well. They're all about helping us win, and that's spectacular for an MSP. Aside from that, their team of account managers has a really great width of experience. They were able to find someone who has a lot of relevant knowledge in our area, so choosing them was a very easy decision just because of how they hire their account managers and their expertise. Just interacting with them has been so amazing, and we love the way that we work together. Overall, they're a great company that prioritizes their mission over their bottom line and makes sure that they can help us the best they can.

We told them one of our IT people resigned, and Five Nines brought out a folder and said, "Here's a solution we were thinking could happen just based on our interview." It took the pressure off. Instead of going out and trying to find another person, the team said, "Here's what we can do for you." Five Nines sees things that we don't see and gives us options.

Several years ago, my husband and I were out of the country on an extended vacation and it just so happened that we had a major equipment failure with our systems. SOS stepped in and made all the repairs, replaced equipment and kept us running, all without ever questioning or reaching out to us to secure up-front payment expenses. They personally knew our team and chain of command and the importance of keeping our systems running so that we could manufacture our product. Without a close, personal working relationship with their clients, most companies would not have made that financial investment without guarantee of payment or a signed contract. SOS is not just a vendor to us, we consider them a valuable partner.

For suppliers, we've averaged an onboarding process of 5 business days, as long as they cooperated. For customers, we can do it in 10 business days. Liaison Technologies shaved 5 business days off of each commitment, and this has made company operations, as well as my life, much easier.

Snap Tech IT provides timely IT support and protects us from outside threats and viruses. We’re very satisfied with their service. Moreover, they stay on top of changes. From time to time, we get a notice regarding an update or something they’re doing to our infrastructure. They give us a heads-up about what will take place during the after-hours maintenance period and let us know if anything changes. They’ve always completed the work within the stated budget and been consistent with the timelines we agreed to. We typically send an email to the help desk, and we get an immediate response. It’s an automated response that says they’ve received our request, and we get a follow-up. Most of our requests are handled electronically without having to make a phone call.

For other items, the other team members are highly responsive as well. There have been some delays, but we're comfortable with their operation speed.
