They’re very accommodating and work with us. Initially, we had weekly meetings, which we now do biweekly. We also still have weekly meetings for about 30 minutes to an hour. We have a Microsoft Teams chat for urgent inquiries and open email communication. Bit by Bit Computer Consultants’ communication is impressive. **They’re always willing to do better**. **They take their CSAT and customer satisfaction very seriously**. It’s always nice to have someone who actually cares and sees you as a partner.

We did have a pretty bad firewall issue that had a real bad impact on our network. They were able to secure us a replacement firewall, and get it up and configured, in a very timely fashion. While we were down, we were severely hampered, but they were very time-efficient. We were definitely impressed with their response time and their status reports. We never felt left in the dark.

We did have a pretty bad firewall issue that had a real bad impact on our network. They were able to secure us a replacement firewall, and get it up and configured, in a very timely fashion. While we were down, we were severely hampered, but they were very time-efficient. We were definitely impressed with their response time and their status reports. We never felt left in the dark.

Liaison Technologies' project manager was very hands-on, stepped in when needed, and even prodded my external business help, getting them to respond quickly. This made it very easy for me to get the job done. The initial project timeline was set to around 6 months by Liaison Technologies, but we finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget. I've been working in this field for a long time and find it very unusual for a project of this kind to finish in this manner.
