What impresses me most about LENET is how they've grown alongside our company since 2005. Olivier’s deep understanding of our history and his ability to apply past successes to current projects has been invaluable. Their personalized approach and commitment make them feel like a true partner, not just a service provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LENET could have done differently?

Our experience with LENET has been overwhelmingly positive, and it’s hard to find areas for improvement. Their responsiveness and dedication have consistently led to successful outcomes. If anything, continuing to maintain the same high level of proactive communication and staying ahead of emerging technologies would ensure they remain a step ahead in meeting our future needs. But overall, we couldn’t be more satisfied with their service.

For what projects/services did your company hire LENET?

We hired LENET to take over our managed IT and our custom application software. They have implemented a host of efficiencies and cybersecurity measures, handle all of our day to day IT needs and are working on identifying and implementing new application software for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We asked for recommendations for managed IT providers and shortlisted 7 candidates. We actually found out about Lenet when we called to do a reference check for another IT provider! We compared proposals from all of the firms and extensively interviewed them before checking references. Ultimately Lenet was the best applicant by a mile!

Lenet made sure we had uninterrupted IT service while they took over from our former IT firm. They then systematically upgraded all of our cybersecurity and ways of working technologically.

They took over management of our incredibly complicated custom software and are working on a replacement.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We work with a lot of Lenet's staff from their service desk team members, to their custom software team members, and their COO, sales lead and CEO. We asked for and got a great tech specialist to be in our office in person once or twice a week - he has become like a member of our time.

They took the time to get to know us as a client and to make our priorities their priorities.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a much better security environment, as verified by an outside security consultant. We have much more streamlined and efficient technology infrastructure. Although it was only a month or two after taking us on as a client, LENET was able to launch our online competition system and keep it running despite its many inherent complexities

They quickly accomodated our request for fewer meetings and checkins. They are very responsive to all of our requests and proactive about making improvements and explaining them to us.

I’m the head of HR at a financial private equity firm.

We hired them for IT support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LENET provides us with managed IT services. They’ve purchased installed hardware and software, and they’ve also installed an antivirus on our computers to improve our cybersecurity. When we open a new facility, they help us relocate and set up our IT systems at the new location, including our computers and WiFi service. They provide offsite services, and twice a month, they come into our office to help us with our onsite IT needs.

What is the team composition?

We have one dedicated teammate working with us who visits us onsite. Remotely, we work with whoever is available from the LENET team. When we have relocations, we assign a team member in advance. 

How did you come to work with LENET?

We found them through a referral because they’re a French company, and ours is also a French-based company. We asked the New York Chamber of Commerce for a list of 80 IT providers that spoke French, and that’s how I got their contact information. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since we hired LENET, their efficiency has been really good — I would give them a high mark on that. They’re very responsive and quick to find solutions for us. 

How did LENET perform from a project management standpoint?

We use their internal platform for project management, where we can reach out to them. Sometimes, we also use emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LENET’s main strength is their responsiveness. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their follow-up. Although they’re very responsive, sometimes I feel like issues require them to follow up more.

I would definitely recommend LENET.

Interpersonal relationships were of primary importance to Eye 1st. Phone calls were answered and rapid response time was #1 of importance to Lenet.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LENET could have done differently?

Occasionally we experienced no resource assistance when were open for business and Lenet was closed for holiday. We needed emergency help and a non-tech person took a message and was unable to assist to get us up and running. This has since been resolved.

Trust, reliability and flexibility is always important to us as the IT dev and security is extremely sensitive matter. I fully trust Lenet for this.

We had a major IT security concern in 2020. Lenet were all hands on and worked day and night to make sure that our tools are secured.

Their Chief Business Officer is our main POC. We have dedicated IT support working with us based on our needs.

All the projects were completed successfully.

They have a very collaborative work structure. They can provide assistance remotely and also can come on site depending the severity of the issue

I would reach out directly to my POC for any escalation regardless of the time/day and it would have been taken care of right away.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes it is difficult to keep track of the support emails as it triggers new each for the same ongoing email chain.
