They let us know right away which technician will be assigned to the ticket, and we typically hear from that person before the close of business.
Snap Tech IT provides timely IT support and protects us from outside threats and viruses. We’re very satisfied with their service. Moreover, they stay on top of changes. From time to time, we get a notice regarding an update or something they’re doing to our infrastructure. They give us a heads-up about what will take place during the after-hours maintenance period and let us know if anything changes. They’ve always completed the work within the stated budget and been consistent with the timelines we agreed to. We typically send an email to the help desk, and we get an immediate response. It’s an automated response that says they’ve received our request, and we get a follow-up. Most of our requests are handled electronically without having to make a phone call.
Snap Tech IT has demonstrated they can handle urgent situations. We've had a couple of scares, some of which have been triggered internally, but Snap Tech IT jumps on those scenarios quickly to resolve them. If we have something urgent, we tag it on the request or reach out to Brandon, who is very responsive when he knows something is critical. For other items, the other team members are highly responsive as well. There have been some delays, but we're comfortable with their operation speed.

Since we've been using Liaison Technologies, they've committed in the contract to on-board a supplier in 10 business days, and a customer in 15. For suppliers, we've averaged an onboarding process of 5 business days, as long as they cooperated. For customers, we can do it in 10 business days. Liaison Technologies shaved 5 business days off of each commitment, and this has made company operations, as well as my life, much easier. One of the biggest impacts to our business came through a reporting tool called the Liaison Data Visualization Module, which gives us access to EDI transactions. It's very user-friendly, and has enabled our operations and inventory staff to retrieve information about sent orders, received invoices, and so on. It enables non-IT and non-EDI people to go in and do their own research. The enablement of the frontline people to do their own research has helped tremendously. The initial project timeline was set to around 6 months by Liaison Technologies, but we finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget. I've been working in this field for a long time and find it very unusual for a project of this kind to finish in this manner.
