Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner and creative director of MIK Creative, a marketing agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reach Technologies?

We were looking for cloud services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reach Technologies is helping us with basic managed printing for our promotional items. They've also started helping us with cloud services in June 2020, and we’re still working with them on that. We've provided them with login credentials and information, and they’ve done most of the research and discovery work.

What is the team composition?

Their tech team had three people working on my project.

How did you come to work with Reach Technologies?

I used to work there, and it was great. When I started my own company, I reached out to them to get their services.

How much have you invested with them?

We have an annual plan with them, and we spend about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our relationship goes back to June 2019, and we still work with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The fact that we don’t have to worry anymore is amazing. We have everything stored in our cloud and they handle all the backend. I’m not a tech person, so it’s great to have IT people that’ll do everything for you. I can focus on the creative side of my business.

How did Reach Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate typically on phone and email. I went to the office one time just to give them all the passwords, and they explained how long it would take and all the processes. They’re very informative of anything they’re doing which is great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service is amazing. Every time I call them, there aren’t wait times — you get who you need right away.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not familiar enough with their process, but there isn’t anything that they should do differently.

Any advice for potential customers?

If you want a brief explanation of everything that Reach Technologies can do for you, just contact somebody other than your sales representative. The IT department can explain everything and tell you how the process works — they’re all incredibly informative. It’ll be a breeze from there.
