Deft Data centers assists me not to concern at all about how network will be connected to communicate with third parties i.e. ISP as well as not to worry about the redundancy and backup budget as Deft provide free. Also, Deft provides a DR location to my Clients without buying our own space, which is economical to my firm.

As already described, It provides redundant, secure, robust operations for my entire organization infrastructure including budgeting.

Its flexibility, because one is able to use a mix of owned hardware, managed cabinets, managed hardware, and managed cloud to pull off the best fit for the product and migration.

I heard that, they merged with another company, so they should focus on continuing to expand their services. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We needed a vendor that can provide a remote storage location for us to utilize the Veeam backup solution to store our important VMs that is in our Infrastructure environment.

DEFT team were patience and great on follow ups and response when we had questions or run into issues.
