What I personally liked is how they constantly came with questions when they were unsure of something. They really wanted to define the requirements before they built anything. I really appreciated the fact that Itransition took the time at the beginning to ask questions. Because they were offshore, we would do a lot of Skype calls, which was great and super easy. If a new client doesn't want to be just given anyone for the project, if they actually want to kind of get to know everyone first and then decide to go forward, that's something that Itransition was very open about and completely fine with.
