OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Sentibox?

We needed world class IT support, but we are a privately owned single point business that could not have 10 people on staff to cover all our needs

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to them by another Automotive Dealership.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

They took over all of our IT services, by having the depth of knowledge of their entire team we are covered on hardware and software. We could not staff experts in all areas of IT, so by them having one person in house he is able to cover our day to day needs and if something beyond his area of expertise comes up they have a full staff that will step in and back him up.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have on in house person and one offsite team leader.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a much deeper coverage and knowledge base at our figure tips, something as a small business we could never have afforded on our own.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since the transition we have had a much better level of communication with our IT team
