      Vertical IT Solutions always gets back to me in a timely manner and guides me or takes care of things on their end without causing much stress. I can always count on them to respond in a timely manner. Vertical IT Solutions is quick and detailed. We generally exchange emails to start the conversation, and we then communicate via phone calls to resolve issues at that moment or work on them together. Duke (Tier 1 Support Technician) is very good at following up quickly whenever he needs more information, usually within a couple of minutes. He's also great at reaching out to ask for a meeting whenever we need to get things resolved.

      They’re extremely honest, straightforward, and easy to reach. The team seems to be on top of things, too; if there’s an emergency, they react as fast as possible. Typically, they resolve any issues quickly. For the app, Joe was our project lead. The communication was great. He was very responsive. Even if a server was down at eight o’clock at night, he’d jump right on the issue and figure out what happened.
