The communication has improved greatly between their techs and our office manager, to whom we’ve directed it now. If they need to schedule something where our systems are going to be down for an hour, they’ll try to do it at night. Communication, scheduling, and timing are much more effective now than it had been. Sometimes it would just go down, and we wouldn’t know about it, but now we do.

Property management is a reactive kind of business, so we had a lot of abrupt situations, like office moves. Framework was able to accommodate us incredibly quickly. Another good thing about them was their reporting. They delivered a report every month, which they had some ability to customize. Clients should definitely get comparable quotes and talk to Framework about what else is out there. When we engaged with them, Framework was the most competitive option by far, but they were also willing to work with us at the lowest level.

I don’t know what they used on their end, but to communicate with me we used email and Google Docs because you could document everything and have a bullet point list of what needed to be done. If I needed to call them, I could have. If I sent them an email, more than likely it was returned on the same day. One of the biggest issues with hiring a firm overseas is the communication barrier: not only can you get higher quality products in the US, but the communication is ten times better.
