Our facility wasn't physically ready in a timely manner, but the software that Kingsmen built us was ready to go on time. In fact, we were able to add a few things to the mobile app that were previously thought to be nice-to-haves because of the speed we got from the Kingsmen team. They are ultra-responsive, and having them local and passionate about our business makes working with them easy. Kingsmen has a lot of proactive thinkers that can come up with edge cases that we didn't necessarily think of and helped make our customer experience appear bulletproof to our customers.

They’ve managed the project well. While there have occasionally been conflicting project deadlines, their team did everything they could to help us figure out what was necessary for the release. Even if they couldn’t deliver on everything in our wish list, we appreciated how they pushed things live in the App Store. Their great relationship with Apple allowed them to get our apps live on the same day. In terms of communication, we talked mostly through email, Zoom, and in person. We used Jira and Google Sheets to track our work.
