We wanted an app that would automate the day-to-day operations.

Margasoft helped us use an app which has functions such as classifying the resumes that we received, matching them with job openings, etc.

We heard about their ongoing success stories.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in 2014. It lasted for 9 months. Afterward, they provided support for the app.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We can now spend more time on tasks which are of more importance than just the manual time-costing job that we used to do.

What did you find most impressive about Margasoft?

We trust in Margasoft as they are very open to discussion and ready to make changes to improve the working process. They do follow up very often and don’t let the project freeze or be left aside, hence not hurting our work cycle.

Are there any areas Margasoft could improve?

I don’t have any objections.

What challenge were you trying to address with Margasoft?

We wanted to have custom software which would serve our business needs in the specific area of recruiting and staffing. We needed software to make our manual work automated and easier.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We needed a content management system for our candidate/client information input, which would have a user-friendly interface, a search engine with good features, filtering buttons, and much more functionality.

How did you come to work with Margasoft?

Margasoft has a professional team which we had heard a lot about beforehand. We chose to cooperate with them since they have had many years of experience in the sphere. Besides, our research showed that customers are usually satisfied with their work.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted for 1 year (2014-2015). However, in case we have any needs, they still support us.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

As a result of this project, we received what we had been needing before contacting them. We were spending so many hours on manual info input and management, and now, we have all that process automated.

What did you find most impressive about Margasoft?

Margasoft is always responsible and reliable. In case of any bugs or errors, we always approached them and received supportive feedback and a quick solution.

Are there any areas Margasoft could improve?

We would prefer to get notified of their working process and project development from time to time. Recently, we saw that they have started paying attention to this, and have begun making videos to show how their processes go.
