I owned a consulting firm that specializes in personality assessments for employees. I recently retired.

What challenge were you trying to address with DG Studio?

I wanted to make my business more relevant by developing a sophisticated website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided website development services. They took my existing website and streamlined the content to make it more interactive. They made sure it looked professional and information was concise. They used Weebly. 

What is the team composition? 

I worked with 4–5 people. 

How did you come to work with DG Studio?

I met one of the team members at a job fair. I liked them because they provided really personalized attention. It felt like they cared about my business and what they could do for me. Even though I’m not a technologically savvy person, I easily understood what they were saying, but I didn’t feel talked down to. 

How much have you invested with them?

I invested about $2,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in July 2019, and we wrapped up that September. The project probably would’ve taken less time, but I changed the direction I wanted to go in a few times. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m not sure if it drove more business to my website, but increasing web traffic requires a different set of services. However, anyone that did see my website thought it was great. 

How did DG Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They were excellent. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were state-of-the-art. They developed a crisp, professional, and up to date website that I was really proud of. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would’ve been nice to see an increase in business as a direct result of their work. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Realize that developing a website is just one phase of building your online presence. There’s a larger investment to make in digital marketing. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted when I started working with them, but they helped me lay out a plan.

Develop website and marketing collateral for a 1.2M square foot mixed-use development project in Los Angeles, CA

What were your goals for this project?

To deliver aesthetically pleasing external-facing marketing materials which communicated the project background, details and components. Which were easy to view, understand and navigate.

How did you select this vendor?

Through an extensive multi-bid process, which DG Studios stood out head-and-shoulders above the competition

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed, developed, configured, and launched a new multimedia solution. The project began with DG Studio meeting with our project team to understand our needs and goals. This was followed by samples and examples which accurately reflected the goals and design intent communicated in our initial meeting.

Upon approval of the proposed timeline, milestones and workflows work commenced immediately. Followed by iterative feedback and weekly (sometimes daily updates) to ensure they were meeting our goals, needs and design intent.

In less than 3-months DG Studio not only deliver a spectacular website, but also delivered marketing brochures in multiple languages, one-pager, mailers and quick reference guides. I must say it was truly an amazing and professional experience.

What was the team composition?

The project team had about ten people, but certain individuals would come and go depending on the skills needed. But I had a dedicated point of contact throughout the project. But what was usexpected but howerver appreciated, was the periodic calls and check-ins made by the President of the company. It left the project team with the confidence that we were in good hands.

The professional look and feel and easy-of-use of the website received multiple positive reviews not only from the city of Los Angeles, but also the community surrounding the project.

The project was assigned an attentive, dedicated point of contact which made all the difference.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The personal touch proved impressive at every level and each point of contact.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wish they would provide more services.
