We had a lot of great feedback, as well, from the folks who were surveyed about the tool, which pretty much confirmed that we had met all of our goals in developing a solution that was fun and easy to use. It also had very few issues and wasn't being flagged by our tech service people very frequently at all.

On a personal level, I am now very confident in my own ideas and leadership. It was an incredibly eye-opening experience and I was impressed with how Thriveship helped me remove shortcomings in my leadership style and helped me make the team feel valued by stressing the importance of their experience and how we leverage it to create a better product. Early on we would often have in-person meetings, but as the scope of the work changed from a complete redesign to simple updates, more often we communicate by email and over the phone. Taura seems to have pretty good control over her team because we never experience slowdowns, which happened frequently with our previous provider.
