I am the owner and founder of a Business Management and Consultant firm. I provide consultation, coaching, guidance, and business creativity for the day-to-day purpose and lifestyles of Professional Entertainers, Athletes, and Performers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Visionaire Academy LLC ?
I recently retired after 25 years in Corporate America. As a new entrepreneur, although I knew exactly what my passion was and how I was going to use my education, skills and qualifications; I wanted another professional consultant to brainstorm and walk with me through my business plans and risk-assessments.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
I follow the owner LaTrice on social media and she is always full of light, positivity and inspiration. She is radiant and very professional and knowledgeable in her field. I watched her for several months and she was so consistent and always willing to pour into others. All of these traits are important to me as a professional and I was drawn in from day one!
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
We walked through a Business Consultation plan that provided an outline and blueprint for my new entrepreneur journey. She helped me create the necessary steps and goals that I needed to put in place in order to seamlessly accomplish each milestone required.

Latrice, The owner, was my POC for consultation.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
As a consultant myself, it was refreshing to have someone that was so excited, experienced and uplifting cheering me on. She genuinely wants to see people win! After our business meeting she emailed me talking-points from our session so that I would highlight the most important areas and get started sooner than later on my plans. I am currently following the plans set in place and I am reaching milestones daily!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The consultation was very beneficial in allowing me to stay on top of my tasks. The push and motivation was exactly what I needed and I am so appreciative! I am thankful for the touch-base points also!

What is so unique and impressive is that this company is interested in your overall well-being. Our values mirror one another as we both understand that care, concern and having a genuine desire to see others accomplish their goals is a reward in itself!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I have no complaints!
