We are a well established photography company based in the North East of Engalnd, we offer commercial, wedding and portrait photography.

For what projects/services did your company hire Green Ginger Digital?

When the COVID-19 lockdown hit, like most businesses, we went into the quintessential tailspin! We needed to make a decision about our business and came across an opportunity which required immediate action. I required a digital marketing associate and came across Nick Cranwell at Green Ginger Digital when he was presenting at a online seminar.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a turnkey solution to help us develop, launch and market a new business service providing 360 Virtual Tours.

How did you select this vendor?

We saw Nick speak at an online event and having worked with a few different digital marketing agencies in the past, we knew that Nick had the attributes we were looking for in a full service digital agency.

We needed full digital support for the launch of a new business using mostly online techniques. Develop - launch -support.

We worked directly with Principal, Nick Cranwell.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've been very happy with the results that Nick has delivered so far. We are 6 weeks into our project with another 8 on plan. So far, Nick has delivered in spades. his support and knowledge has been exemplary - he talks digital like a business owner - not a tech nerd! In the time we have worked together, Nick has held our hand and helped us launch a compelling website and provided ongoing digital marketing support which has raised our project confidence significantly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nick is very organised and methodical, our meetings are well structured and outcome oriented. Nick delivers advice and precise instructions which are easy to follow and implement - his 'hand holding' is very welcome!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nick's experience is obvious. He talks digital with great confidence and that always relates to how his work will help develop the bottom line. We find Nick very easy to work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We honestly cannot fault Nick's service, he is very committed in his service and we would definitely recommend him to anybody who needed digital marketing services.
