I’m the owner of an insurance company based in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with ITZNET?

We needed a website that would show all our company data and improve our online presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our website and provided consultancy services around applying for a web aggregator license to IRDA. We gave them some prototypes for how we wanted it done: I provide the domain knowledge and information about the appearance. I also wanted the load-time to be quick because it will mainly be used on mobile devices. We’ll soon have a connected mobile application too.

What is the team composition?

I only interact with Rahul (Sales Marketing Consultant, ITZNET).

How did you come to work with ITZNET?

I found them online and spoke with Rahul. We speak the same local language and he was comfortable with our requirements; what he suggested was well-suited to us.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent 60,000 rupees (approximately $850 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website will be launched very soon, and they will do the beta testing. After that, we’ll have a good amount of so-called domain specialists’ feedback.

How did ITZNET perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is brilliant. Every now and then, we chat over phone or email and they also give me progress reports. We do video calling through WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s been a very good experience working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be better to meet face-to-face after the launch of the website in order to understand the project more efficiently. They also could be a little faster in delivery as we really want them to deliver by April 2020.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Their work so far is good.
