Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The objective of our approach was to improve the management behavior of our supervisory team. We wanted to develop a culture of accountability and handling of discrepancies. 

The implementation of effective daily management and supported by a digital tool that is UTrakk has allowed us to develop good management behaviors and ensure better monitoring of deviations detected during production. We have thus achieved our objectives of improving productivity while improving human dynamics in our organization.

The ProAction team is very proactive. They ensure that the pace is maintained throughout the project and support the team well through change.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm impressed by their ability to quickly and efficiently set up a daily management structure that allows us to move from passive to active management.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Proaction International could have done differently?

Having placed more emphasis on the rest of the mandate. Although we have made a lot of progress during our mandate, we feel that we should continue to achieve our full potential, but that is not what we initially understood. More emphasis should be placed on detecting gaps. We have put a mechanism in place but it is still difficult for people to identify problematic situations. This would allow us to achieve the full potential of the system.
