I'm the CEO of a small digital advertising agency in Orange County, CA.

We are growing with the goal of expanding nationally. Because we have experienced recent growth on our team, we needed to put procedures and processes into place to make sure everything will continue to run smoothly as our workload increases.

Actually, it was an opportunity that presented itself. I know the experience of KCouture and our company was in need of services I knew they could provide. So, we hired her!

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We hired KCouture to create production schedules, brief templates, and pricing plans to help our business operations run more smoothly. These processes will be used on the back-end of our business to aid our team and on the front end with our clients to provide more clarity and transparency. We also had her create an employee onboarding process to help new team members understand who we are as a company and where we are going.

What was the team composition?

KCoutoure worked directly with me, my partner, and our entire management team to execute her scope of work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Specifically, our new onboarding process is amazing. We have hired several new employees since we implemented this process and their experience with it has aided tremendously in their understanding of who we are. It's also a fantastic tool for hiring, during interviewing, for our team to identify a good match for our culture.

They were very clear with us on deliverables and meeting those deadlines. The process has been easy and smooth.
