I’m the communications manager for a tech startup. We provide online landscape design services.
What challenge were you trying to address with Growth Geyser?
We were using Freshdesk as our CRM, but through a startup incubator program, we were giving the opportunity to switch to HubSpot. We hired Growth Geyser to help us determine the best next steps.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They migrated our mailing list and client information from FreshDesk to HubSpot. They looked at everything we were doing and all the different platforms we were using, and they told us what could be replaced by HubSpot. Based on the research they did, they made a recommendation for whether it would be more beneficial to stay with FreshDesk or switch to HubSpot.
