Are there any areas for improvement or something Agility could have done differently?

While our experience with Agility was overwhelmingly positive, one area for improvement could be the speed of initial candidate sourcing. In some cases, the process of identifying and presenting top candidates took a bit longer than expected. However, this was primarily due to the specialized skill sets we were looking for, so it’s not a huge drawback. Once candidates were sourced, the process moved smoothly. That said, it might be beneficial to have a broader pool of pre-vetted candidates for niche roles, which could speed up the initial phase. But overall, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent partnership.
