I am a business development manager for an IT services company.

We needed a web-based portal to promote our services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team created a website for us from scratch, including working with us through the design process as well as developing everything from the ground up using HTML. The final product they created helps us to provide our prospective clients with information about our various services and interact with them from there. They also helped to develop strategy for marketing the site via email and social media.

Our main point of contact for the work was Jose (Creative Director).

How did you come to work with Volt Media Services?

We put out a call for pitches on the project online, and theirs was the best so we decided to move forward with them from there.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in December 2018 and the site launched in January 2019. Since then, we have worked together on marketing strategy and social media marketing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

From the very beginning of our work together, Volt Media Services provided excellent service and was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. Since launching the site, we have had an increase in customer inquiries and purchases, which we are really pleased about.

Their team has been very communicative with us, primarily through email and phone, and we track all of our progress towards specific milestones on Trello, which has worked very well for us.
