They’re great with communication. Being responsive and accessible is of great importance to us. Back when we had those problems, we’d do our end of day UPS picks up here at 3:30 p.m. If we had a problem emerge at 1:30 p.m. that kept us from going any further, they were good about getting on the problem, and fixing it immediately, thus allowing us to continue processing orders.

Although the installation took longer than expected, we compromised on an extended deadline with the common understanding that we did not want to rush the technical process in order to ensure the final product turned out well.
