News and press releases from the company’s website were used to obtain information on the company’s location, types of products developed, targeted pathogens and/or diseases, product description, current product development stage, investors, total and latest funding, and current funding stage of the company. Where the information on investors and funding was not available on the company’s website, the information was collected from reliable press releases from Fierce Biotech, Business Wire, and PR Newswire.

Where these were not available, the freely available information from Crunchbase, Pitchbook, CipherBio, CB Insights, and Tracxn was obtained and if possible cross-referenced with “Portfolio” pages of investor websites. Where reliable information on the company’s investors and/or funding was not available, the data represents the best estimates based on the available data.
