Have an overview of competitors, what they do, how they distribute products in China. Get consumers feedback about packaging, or products benefit and surprising to see what kind of products Chinese have an interest and some not. Recommendation with mapping and pricing recommendation was good, and correct. It really helps our client and my team to have a better vision of the healthcare market.

Very good. They are really reactive, and adapt very well. They have experienced to they can easily lead the operation and solves problems.

In a way, it is impossible for me to describe in great detail of the work that was done, since it was completely outsourced to this company. And, the details were quite transparent, however, the results were pretty amazing.

The team composition changed over time as our needs and the delegation of work to the company increased. There were always people producing content and some people in charge off the management of the relationship with us. The most important part was probably the involvement of the bus of the company to create a strategy with us.

We did appear on the first page of Google and now have a very large following for our publications. We also have established, thanks to them, or digital marketing and social media strategy that seems to be sound and effective.

I was very impressed by the engagement of their team. Not only do they seem to be smart people, which is somehow to be expected for the leaders but a lot rarer for everybody in the company, but also very dedicated. Not as a single moment did we have the feeling that they were idling or not actually doing something valuable.
