We came to the point when we required higher level project and task management system. With custom business processes we required additional automation when moving to Clickup from Trello. Babko Agency provided planning, consulting, implementation and automation on our path

There aren't too many qualified Clickup consultants providing automation development. Spoke with a few, qualified Babko Agency as best fit.

The service is pretty custom. We have our existing task management setup, but required to increase in precision and quality assurance along with automation. Main goal was to outline department and projects KPIs through using Clickup. Team from Babko Agency made a roadmap, prepared work environment, did personnel education. Helped with all pitfalls we had on our way. They also provide further support and we might as well use their help on some more advanced reporting going forward

3 people from Babko Agency involved: general manager, consultant, programmer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have completed migration to Clickup. Our staff is generally on top of how to use it. Our Project Managers have advanced knowledge and capable of tweaking existing processes and creating new ones. Clickup reporting custom dashdoards and we are much better with managing our business now. Going forward we are expecting to complete even higher level of automation and perform better results for our clients

Effective enough. We've had regular weekly meetings and still in contact. We felt in good hands

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very through organization and attention to details. As project management systems consultants I would expect them to be very well organized and this exactly how we felt when working with Babko Agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would in theory expect this project to complete faster then it did. But the reasons here have been completely on our side (many specific workflows that we altered as we progressed with Clickup migration process)

We got into an agreement to serve Babko Agency's clients with No Code and Low Code automation workflow creation. Successfully delivered couple of projects on on Clickup, GoogleSheets API, HubSpot etc.

There was a lot confusion in terms of system accesses, what has to be done, timelines and their clients availability. Things failed because we never interacted to the end client and the coordinator from Babko was kind of a non tech person.

Their first impression was good, but later we released that it was a one-man show.
