I needed to register my company in Shanghai, China and I needed a visa under my new company and all the compliance tax reports.

FDI China, more specifically, Natalia at FDI China was very professional and helpful over our initial video calls and I felt like I was in good hands between their experience and the quality of their customer service.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
It started with a relaxed conversation about my business plans and their advice relating to my plans. They sent me their proposal which I accepted. I paid the company registration fee and sent them the documents they required from myself as well as from my business partner. The service was quite smooth and I had my business license after about a month and a half which was great. Then they got me my corporate banking account which took 2 weeks.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Natalia was my account manager and Hedy I believe was the legal expert who took care of the application with the government.

My company was successfully opened and operational within 2 months.

The workflow was good despite the time difference. Every email and call we had was effective in moving things forward.

The time difference makes it so the time frame for being online at the same time was slim (mornings EU time), but other than that, everything was good, and I thought they delivered great service.
