I’m the founder and CEO of CONTESSA FASHION LLC, a bridal and evening wear company in Dubai.

What challenge were you trying to address with AGT Marketing?

I hired AGT Marketing for blog writing and SEO services, as well as to handle our social media marketing (SMM) efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AGT Marketing helped me with digital marketing and content creation efforts. They managed SMM campaigns and ran Google Ads efforts. Their team used MailChimp for email marketing services. Also written by their team were relevant blogs about the bridal industry, which they’d take initiative on and research.

I was only in contact with one person who worked directly with other members on their team. 

How did you come to work with AGT Marketing?

I found AGT Marketing through an online search. I went through their business profile and saw some of the projects they’d done for other clients. They were familiar with the market in Dubai and had solid contacts, which made me feel comfortable working with them. I contacted three different suppliers during this process, but AGT Marketing’s response was the fastest, as they got back to us late at night before the others.

We’ve spent between $5,900–$8,000.

We worked together from September 2016–August 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AGT Marketing helped us increase interactions on social media, getting more people commenting and sharing our posts. We also saw an increase in traffic and followers on our Instagram. The Facebook advertisements were great, people always came into our store after we posted them. When we used MailChimp, we had immediate callbacks from customers. Their services overall increased our sales and growth—we constantly had to replenish stock which was great.

How did AGT Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

AGT Marketing delivered amazing, quality work in a timely manner, meeting all of our deadlines. They proactively chased me down to get materials, such as photos or articles. If using email wasn’t working, they’d call me on the phone. We communicated on a daily basis, which was great because the bridal business requires daily updates and new content about trends. Their team was highly very responsive and didn’t make me wait on them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work was high quality and keywords were used properly, which was impressive. The team’s services enhanced our website’s SEO and increased our presence on Google.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their graphic design work was standard, so it would be beneficial to use more creativity.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Consider using them because they’re always on time. Also, brief them fully about the project. Whenever I briefed them, they always delivered exactly what I wanted. If you’re more elaborate, they’ll respond faster and better and with fewer questions.
