I’m the administrator of a company that crafts premium chocolate using organic South American cacao. We focus on the health benefits of chocolate and creating a memorable, holistic chocolate experience for our customers.

We needed help with branding and website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NION has designed our brand guide and packaging. The team has also built our website and provides maintenance services since we’re always changing something and need their support. NION has also helped us with content marketing and paid media. The team has created everything from naming, branding, packaging, content marketing, website, and ads.

We’ve worked with 12 teammates from NION.

How did you come to work with NION?

I found them through a referral from other clients who were happy with NION’s work. We had a lot of options, but we chose NION because they had the best ideas for us. The team also started building assets as we started talking, which was very nice.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

NION’s deliverables are in alignment with our expectations. We’ve also had a good ROI and sold over 25,000 orders of chocolate online in two years.

How did NION perform from a project management standpoint?

NION always delivers on time and is always fully dedicated to our project. We communicate via email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

NION’s creativity and ability to deliver amazing results are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re still working on a few more packages, and I hope they’re as good as the previous ones.
