Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the co-founder of a digital marketing and web/mobile app programming agency. We work with clients in a variety of industries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Accord Numérique?

We decided to develop a product that we can offer to our clients and to other digital marketing agencies. We needed guidance on how to structure our product development process, from conception to launch.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I met Philippe during my MBA program and he had a strong aptitude for understanding business and technology.

Philippe was able to review the work that we had already done with market research, prototyping, and business development. He summarized the work we'd completed and laid out a plan that detailed what was missing and how to get to a successful launch.

Philippe is the consultant that advised us through the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a clear plan for our product development process and feel that we'll be able to get from conception to launch with proper preparation and validation at each step to ensure a successful product release.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were able to schedule weekly meeting and Philippe provided supporting documentation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Philippe had an excellent understanding of both business and technology. This made him uniquely positioned to advise us on the product development of our SAAS product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some of the meetings ran longer than planned, which meant that we had to cut short some of the discussions. It would have been preferable to tackle less at a time and cover each topic more in depth.
