They just released a dashboard that measures all of your Yelp reviews, Web traffic, organic rankings, and all other relevant metrics. It’s all in one place, and they’ve made this feature interactive. I would say compare Local Search Masters to the other interactive agencies, and then look at what they’ve done with the success they’ve had with our franchise. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin and his team. They were responsive, understood what I wanted to say (even if I wasn’t speaking their technical language), and took constructive criticism well. In terms of communication, we had a few in-person meetings but switched to email and phone after that. Kevin also responded on weekends and late nights when I was working strange hours. That meant that he could make site modifications for me when needed. Sometimes, if my change requests didn’t work out, he would change them back and was gracious about it. That’s what made him easy to work with.
