They write blogs and educational articles for us. Their content helps us educate potential patients about how we practice medicine and the benefits of an integrative approach. Each piece includes about 10 citations from medical journals. It’s all very well researched.

We work with 4–5 people. I primarily work with Rebecca and Josh.

They were recommended to us by the person that developed our website.

We spend about $800–$1,000 per month.

We started working together in September 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve helped improve our online presence. We show up prevalently in search results for the United States. We have about 25,000 visitors on our site each month. 

How did Content Creators Agency, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They communicate well. They send us drafts, and they’ll rewrite it as many times as needed. We communicate through phone calls and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

I couldn’t imagine someone doing a better job. They write high-quality, well-researched articles that generate organic traffic. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish that they could bring their pricing down a bit, but, at the same time, I think the cost is worth it. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s a good investment, and you should hire them as early as possible.
