Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are an IT as a service company that works with small- to medium-sized companies to support their online presence. We do online marketing, email hosting, infrastructure support, and other services. I’m the vice president and COO.


What challenge were you trying to address with Creative Website Marketing?

We were looking for a partner to augment the PPC programs we offer to our clients. We wanted a team with experience, knowledge, and a good track record to help us make improvements for specific client campaigns.


What was the scope of their involvement?

They work with us on our PPC campaigns for our B2B clients. We identify opportunities for our clients, look at their budget, and set goals for sales or leads. Some of our clients want something straightforward like direct e-commerce conversions.

We set benchmarks for each campaign and focus on what the client wants. Sometimes that requires retargeting or expanding into emails, display ads, and social media. We use Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

They also help us with discoveries and deep dives to bring in new clients. Additionally, they make recommendations for our website to improve our own flow of clientele.

What is the team composition?

Debbie (CEO, Creative Website Marketing) is my main point of contact. We also work with Andrew (Director of Business Development, Creative Website Marketing).

How did you come to work with Creative Website Marketing?

I worked with Debbie at another company she owned. We had an existing relationship, and I was familiar with her working style and values.

How much have you invested with them?

We work with them on a per-project basis. On average, we spend $1,000–$3,000 per project and have spent $10,000–$50,000 since we started working together.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2018, and the work is ongoing.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very impressed with their work on our long-term project, which has been in progress since January. Prior to our involvement, the client’s bounce rate averaged around 80%. Now that rate is closer to 20%, while the conversion rates are near 12%.
