What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

VIA was able to create several social media graphics and videos that aligned with my goals of creating engaging content for the various social media platforms. Each piece of content was designed with a specific goal/purpose in mind and tailored to the platform on which it was being posted.

I was surprised by how quickly VIA was able to turn around my various deliverables, without sacrificing quality. They hit the nail on the head the first time around because they listened to my needs, asked thoughtful questions, and kept me informed of their progress along the way. When I had edits, they were able to make those in a timely fashion as well.

Everyone I have encountered at VIA has been tremendous to work with, from the Vice President on down. Their team was all very personable and took great pride in their work. This is clearly a well-oiled machine that cares about its clients and its employees.

I was in the market to find affordable quality work on a video testimony of a client that visited our pregnancy medical clinic. I brought the subject and objective, and Via brought the skill, equipment and professionalism I needed. I also stressed my timeline of needing this for our biggest event of the year, and they delivered before the deadline. 

The crew on shooting day was amazing. Our subject was a woman that was telling her very intimate story, Via instinctively set us up with an all-female crew. The subject appreciated that. Overall Great!

We were seeking explainer videos to help communicate complex data methodologies and syndicated data product solutions for use by commercial new business teams with prospective clients. These videos needed to be clear and concise, with a strong call to action to schedule in-depth product/service demos. We tasked VIA with: 

• providing storyboards
• scriptwriting
• motion and postproduction

Videos needed to be versioned for multiple commercial business roles to update their contact information. Additionally, versioned for different media channels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Objectives were outlined clearly during discovery meetings. 
• Milestones were defined and achieved over the 6-month period. 
• The project was delivered on time and aligned with previously outlined budgets. 
• Project was rolled out internally and has been well received by impacted stakeholders.

VIA delivered our project on time and on budget. Our project management team took ownership of our needs and ensured successful outcomes during the project life cycle. Given our limited budget and abbreviated deadlines, VIA worked tirelessly to complete the project while exceeding our expectations. 

The project manager helped us stay focused to meet internal deadlines, which resulted in completing the project on time. The VIA team was incredibly flexible with respect to meeting times, agenda changes, content reviews, etc.

The videos were completed in the agreed upon timeline. They performed well both on social and in-stadium. Via delivered engaging content for our video boards to maximize entertainment value for our fans.
