From the beginning we had great communication with X agency and started with finalizing our new website. It was great to get design and strategy consultation as the site was being finalized. We had in person and remote meetings and they helped the overall flow and performance of the site. We did a lot of work thinking about our new target audience and X Agency helped lay out a plan to optimize our site for these specific folks. Its been a great experience.

X agency are masters at delivering results. When I first met with them they were able to analyze the gaps in our marketing strategy and to close those gaps in a way that enabled us to see a return on our investment.

We have monthly meetings and we mostly communicate through email / slack. They are great about managing my expectations and then meeting or superceding them. They don't ALWAYS do but they have done it enough times to make me a client for life.

Apart from the ROI they really are great at communication / customer service. They genuinely care about our company's success.

I would like them to take more risks on my adspend but they are conservative until the ads prove themselves. This can cause the results to be a little slower but on the flip side you are not wasting money needlessly.

We sold the company at a very attractive price, and X Agency's work was an instrumental part of that because they helped us build the company's value up tremendously. They were awesome in driving our top-line revenue and keeping our bottom line healthy by maintaining and staying within our spending guidelines, especially during the pandemic.

Overall, while we were with them, we experienced about a 50% year-over-year growth in revenue.

X Agency's project management was great — we felt that we were more like partners working on the day-to-day operation of the marketing side of our business. Regarding communication, we had weekly Zoom calls, constant emails, and Slack messages to check on the project. They were a part of our team, and it was great. We also used spreadsheets to share information.

What did you find most impressive about them?

X Agency's trustworthiness was their best attribute. I had worked with many different marketing agencies, and every one of those agencies made me lose my trust in them. X Agency didn't do that; in fact, it built up over time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would've loved it if they had offered more services, but they were focused on their area of expertise and were good at it. X Agency didn't specialize in content creation, content management, influencer marketing, and SEO. They helped with it, but we didn’t pay them to do that, so if they could be a one-stop shop, it'd be great.

Be very clear and specific in communicating your expectations so that they can tailor their actions to what you want. Moreover, be detailed on how you want them to address your challenges, how promotionally you wish to be, and how much you want to spend in the channels. The more they know, the better they will do for you.
