How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked as a client of 3 different digital agencies. My company has now been a client of X Agency's since it first opened about 4 years ago. I selected X Agency because of their innovative, out of the box strategy plus their get results priority over everything else.

Strategizing and managing out SEM campaigns (300+) in Google, Bing, their affiliated networks and Facebook and Instagram. We are very active in our account management, it is not a set it and forget it type account. X agency has to be point and they always are.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

not only did our account grow by double digits, we grew over 20% through 2021. After making it through the Covid shut downs and drastic change in buyer behavior our growth continues as we head into the 4th Quarter of 2022. Our account's success is because of X Agency's innovation, responsiveness & accountability and anybody looking to beat the competition must hire X Agency. Hands down the absolute best.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. They've worked within our systems, using slack for all communication which makes progress much quicker.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They don't just rely on the "best practices"; they think outside the box, innovate and are 100% only results driven.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There's nothing they need to improve on.
