I especially liked their system called “Atlassian.” It was a JIRA system essentially where I would go and login and I could track their progress visually via seeing what was inputted for the tickets. Project management has been good. I don't love Basecamp (which is what they use as a project management tool) but the team does a great job of keeping it organized which helps a ton. Diana is always extremely prompt in responding to our requests and transparent on timelines. The whole team is also very willing to be flexible in waiting for feedback when the bandwidth on my side is running a little short.

The collaboration has gone from strength to strength where by we feel that Selecto truly understands and own our expectations, design approach and the radical alignment to solving customer pain points. We find that Selecto never complains, we often switch context, going from one design to another in a short period of time, while we want to make sure we are not doing this too often, we find that our designer is incredibly patient and able to navigate multiple requests and iterations in a way that is mature, professional, kind and compassionate.
