They used video calls, emails, and basecamp to make sure that we had visibility into the work they were doing and gave constant progress updates as well to make sure we knew what they were doing. Additional concerns around the project that were brought up were quickly addressed and added to their queue, and their team members would respond to the issues within the next day, if not the same day.
