Production projects are really like construction projects in that you’ve got this big, tall crane that resides in the center of a building and hauls supplies up to the different floors. My company acts as the crane, and First Person, Inc. is the subcontractor that’s helping us install all of those bathtubs. They’ll do everything to spec and communicate our progress. If we find that we can deliver a project ahead of time because we’re working well against the schedule, they’ll easily come back and help us move ahead again. That’s the kind of attitude that they have.
