What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We learned our company is not ready to do TikTok Ads at this time and through no fault of their own, we shut the ads down.  It was a test to see how the ads would run based on our existing creative availability.  Additionally the ads were shut down because of the uncertainty of the future of TikTok as it pertains to the current political landscape.  Facqt was a great company to work with and I would hire them back again in the future for similar advertising/marketing services if the opportunity arose for us to work together.

They were available, on time, excited to work with us and went the extra mile with how they delivered results in a timely and personable manner.

The personal touch they brought to the table.  They were always available to talk strategy and put in extra work.  They did their best and never complained about the workload, they just produced results and put in the work.

Gridwise provides an app to rideshare and delivery Gig workers to help them manage their business, earn more and keep more of what they earn. We combine all gig earnings into one single view, provide deep analytics to drivers about where and when they earn the most, track mileage, expenses and even help them find more gigs!

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Gabe regularly meets with an extended team across the company to conceive of new creative tests, and then produces, edits and launches them into social media channels. Creatives include statics, carosels, full live action video and animations. Gabe continuously refines and modifies promising creatives for engagement, hook and hold, optimizing for app registrations and testing certain lower-funnel events. Deliverables include completed creatives, basic performance reporting and ROAS analysis.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Faqt has successfully reduced our CPA for fully registered users of the Gridwise App by over 40%. Gabe has consistently released creatives that show higher engagement than prior creatives, and had launched several creative tests that worked as 'hero' creatives for a month or more, plus some solid 'evergreen' performers.

Gabe's project and time management skills are superlative. He is a self-starter and gets things done for Gridwise without needing close supervision or reminders. He is inclusive with the team and welcoming of new ideas and suggestions. He's a great team asset.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Gabe walks the walk. Social media success is often defined by how many swings you take at the plate and how rigerous you are at analyzing the data and testing, testing testing.

Even with a comparatively small budget of $15-25k/month in social media, Gabe is able to run an appropriate number of tests each week while keeping both ToF performance (what he is most measured on) and lower funnel performance (what the company is measured on) in mind. He is obsessed with developing 'heros' and understands that each channel operates on it's own rules.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Facqt could have done differently?

Blow up the box more. Gabe finds 'heroes' or mini-heroes and gets into his themes/starts optimizing. While this is great in the short/med term, it also pays to work 'outside the box' and try totally different angles and styles. Gabe sometimes needs to be pushed to get out of the boxes he creates - but he's also totally open to it, even enthusiastic, once you point out the need.
