Halfway through the project, we realized we wanted a way for students to celebrate small wins, like 'First Product Added' with a little badge. I sent a slightly nervous email to Chloe about this new idea. She didn't push back. She simply said, 'Great idea! Let's see how we can fit it in.' They re-jigged a few things and had the badge system included in the very next design update. They made us feel like our ideas were valued, not a nuisance.

The Creative Momentum’s communication was extremely clear, and they were available anytime I needed them. They had no problems increasing or decreasing our meeting frequency based on our needs. Our engagement was very collaborative, and they had no problem handling a lot of feedback from us. We used Basecamp to manage the project, as well as other design and web development tools, including BugHerd, Figma, and GatherContent. Most of our communication was through in-person meetings and Basecamp’s chat feature. Everything was centralized using this tool, which made documenting everything easy.
