Code Conspirators created a beautifully crafted browsing experience that guides prospective customers to resources that inform an educated buying decision. We integrated the site with SalesForce and Act-On for CRM and Marketing Automation.
The site was built to support the initiatives of AIS Media, Teplis’ marketing company.Since site launch, the website audit score has increased by 70%!
Hitachi is one of the leading providers of power tools, including cordless tools, drills, nailers, generators and much more. Though Hitachi sells through retailers rather than selling online through their website, they need to communicate the same types of information about their products as they would on a typical commerce site. As such, it made sense to build their products just like a commerce site, and provide the user with the means to locate the retailer nearest them.
We developed the website, the dealer portal and RMA portal, as well as the public-facing "Locate the dealer nearest me" function, to increase engagement with customers, contractors, and prospective buyers.
American Health Imaging is a radiology group with more than 25 locations in southeastern US.
Critical to the success of this project was increased conversion from the site, and increase in the number of patients who were informed on the range of expense of a procedure. We accomplished both by automatically directing the user to the geolocation closest them, and an onboarding form using the "point to where it hurts" method that allowed non-medical consumers to more closely identify the type and cost of their pending procedure.
Tripled engagement and individual contributions from the previous season!
The Touchdowns for Children’s campaign helps the Atlanta community rally behind Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, a healthcare system comprised of staff specially trained in care for children under the age of 21.
Prior to engaging with CC, the Children’s team leveraged a Do-It-Yourself web software application that does great things for some fundraisers, but didn’t support the level of custom process that the Children’s team hoped to leverage.
As part of a collaboration with AIS Media and Realm, CC replaced a licensed software application with a custom web application, which allows people and businesses to donate, to raise support, and to spread the message in support of such a great organization. Contributors can select whether to make a one-time fixed amount, or select their favorite college football team and pledge per touchdown scored throughout the college football season. What a clever way to garner attention and support from the community!
Masonite is the true door category leader — the only door manufacturer to serve both the residential and architectural markets. In addition to being a household brand, they offer a wide array of high-quality, high-style doors that meet a wide variety of homeowner needs.
Though Masonite sells through retailers rather than selling online through their website, they need to communicate the same types of information about their products as they would on a typical commerce site. As such, it made sense to lay out their products just like a commerce site, and provide the user with the means to locate the retailer nearest them.
CC created an API synchronization process that connected to Masonite’s product database, leveraging the product landing page to specifically support SEO/Indexing strategies. We used a custom filter sequence to narrow a user’s search results within the product view, using geocode to automatically select the user’s Zip Code based on an IP address lookup, in order to display only products that would be available to users in their specific geographic area. We created a unique API instance for each element of the product to streamline load time, because there were more than 20,000 possible combinations available.
Since 2012, we have developed and supported LabCorp's HR portal, housing the excellent benefits to its 70,000+ employees. Leveraging .NET technology and platforms, APIs and SSOs, we have partnered with several departments within the LabCorp environment to minimize risk and maximize employee engagement.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chief strategist and principal partner of Liger Partners. We’re a marketing firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Code Conspirators?
We work with a lot of different companies and part of that work includes looking at their digital properties. Often times, our clients’ websites need to actually do something; it’s not enough for the site to look pretty.
We work with Code Conspirators on those websites that actually need to do something. For example, if a site needs to collect lead information, do a calculation, or move an order to a backend system. This is where Code Conspirators fills in the gap for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Most of the time, we work on websites that feature the client’s services, about us page, and a contact form. However, other companies need to provide other features such as insurance quotes or a notification capability for when there’s a service outage or something along those lines. Code Conspirators handles frontend and system integration efforts in these cases.
We’ve also used them for data compliance help around General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). That type of work requires our team to know the marketing side, but then they handle the technology infrastructure side. This is where the connection is made between what needs to happen to move data from one system to next.
What is the team composition?
We work with a project manager who handles coordination with our internal project manager. There’s a different set of technical leads who work in the backend depending upon the technology or need.
How did you come to work with Code Conspirators?
We came to know them through a young entrepreneurs’ council group that we were a part of when we started our marketing firm.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested between $150,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership began in June 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We still monitor the metrics for one of the original projects they did for us. This particular website generates organic leads on a daily basis. The same thing goes for some of the other lead magnets we’ve used them for. Our team has seen leads come across and conversions increase from campaigns we’ve put out on market. Code Conspirators helps us prove to our clients that the marketing spend they’re doing is effective.
How did Code Conspirators perform from a project management standpoint?
They work as though they’re sitting next to us. Our team uses Basecamp, and they use a different internal project management tool. We have a Slack channel in place and can ask them questions and receive responses back. They’re very responsive and act as a member of our team. This is a vital aspect of our partnership because we can’t wait to get a response back to our client. That’s one of the reasons why they hire us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Code Conspirators has a can-do, positive attitude. That’s how we also approach our projects so we appreciate that about them. It has been a good, long-lasting relationship because we have a very similar culture and approach to the work, they just approach it from a technology perspective.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything. Their deficiencies are the places where we perform well, and vice versa; that’s why we selected them. We provide one side of the coin, and they provide the other.
