Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Trevelino Keller rebuilt Rali's website and brand around the "change that works" message. They did extensive messaging and content work, search engine optimization, integration with Hubspot, built a direct purchase capability in hubspot, and ongoing reporting and optimization.
In addition TK has provided content and email marketing and campaign planning around our GTM with a large distribution partner.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Website traffic and time on site quadrupled within the first month. That spilled over to Linked in where we were followed both personally and as a company by 3x the number of people per month than we had been previously. The "buy now" capability enabled us to enter a new market and win customers through direct response with associations - which we are now scaling. The campaign work is early so i don't yet have signficant results to report.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Items were delivered on time and as expected with minimal rework (10-15%) despite most of the work falling on TK with limited involvement in deliverables. A number of times we need a quick turn around on an item, and they met every quick turn. They became interested in our product and helped us with company wide usage and adoption.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
In Atlanta, I've found most ad agencies that do "tech" are either no exclusive to tech, or are expensive vs. west coast agencies both in the number of turns on an item, and the price paid. Trevelino/Keller's provides good value, with knowledgeable long term people and a true partner to our company.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Trevelino/Keller could have done differently?
Because of their responsiveness and full service, i have been able to get everything i have needed from TK and thus have not required any outside support for the last 6 months. Well done.
