Over several years, The 95 Agency handled end-to-end branding, marketing, content creation, and event management across our restaurants—including CO Sushi, Cultivate, The V Restaurant & Lounge, and others. Scope included brand audits and identity refresh, campaign planning, on-site photo/video capture, editing and copywriting, social channel management, paid media on Meta/TikTok with A/B testing, email/SMS, local SEO, and review response. For events (openings, tastings, holidays), they managed concept, vendor coordination, promotion, and post-event recaps. They also delivered web design and landing pages plus ongoing marketing strategy and executive-level consulting for launches and seasonal pushes. Key deliverables each cycle: campaign calendar and shot list; 10–15 new assets (short-form videos, posts, stories); 1–2 paid campaigns; 2 email campaigns and 4 SMS sends; updated web pages/menus; influencer outreach when relevant; and a clear monthly performance report with next steps. Result: tighter branding and a measurable lift in reservations and repeat visits.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of this work, reservations increased ~22% YoY across properties (30%+ in peak promo months). Paid media delivered a blended 3.5–6.0x ROAS—peaking near 8x—while cost per reservation dropped ~28%. Our Google rating climbed from 3.9 to 4.5 with ~70% more reviews and faster responses. Owned channels grew (email +38%, SMS +52%), contributing ~31% attributed revenue. Site-to-reservation performance improved: website/OpenTable conversion rose from ~1.2% to ~2.6%, and reservation clicks were up ~44%. Social reach jumped (IG +120%, TikTok views +300%) with roughly 2x engagement. Local SEO lifted Google Business Profile views +55% and “Directions” clicks +33%. Events averaged ~60% RSVP-to-attendance with multiple sell-outs. The 95 Agency kept a steady weekly content cadence and delivered monthly reports tied to revenue—not vanity metrics.

The 95 Agency kept projects tight and transparent using a HoneyBook portal for proposals, SOWs, timelines, approvals, and invoices—so we always knew what was due and who owned it. We worked off a monthly campaign calendar with weekly check-ins; tasks were assigned, deadlines were met, and any blockers were flagged early. Creative assets and ad launches landed on or before schedule, and when restaurants threw curveballs (menu changes, weather, staffing), they adjusted in hours, not days. Communication was fast and clear via HoneyBook messages and email with a shared asset drive. Change requests and budget shifts were handled as formal change orders, so there were zero surprises. In short: organized, on-time, responsive, and accountable—old-school service with modern tools.

What impressed me most about The 95 Agency is the mix of old-school accountability and modern growth chops. They speak hospitality fluently—menu changes, covers, dayparts—and build creative that actually moves reservations, not just likes. King isn’t a “deck-only” guy; he shows up on site, pushes back when needed, and protects the budget. Their process is tight (HoneyBook, clear calendars, fast approvals), but they still move fast when the floor gets hectic. Reporting is revenue-first with next steps, not fluff. In short: great taste, strong ops, and a bias toward results—bums in seats, not vanity metrics.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The 95 Agency could have done differently?

Minor nitpicks, not red flags: earlier heads-ups on content days and event shoots would help our teams staff and prep even smoother; during peak weekends it’d be great to have extended monitoring hours baked in by default; and a tighter, standardized naming/asset-tagging system would make handoffs faster across properties. I’d also welcome a few more proactive “test-and-learn” bets each quarter (e.g., YouTube Shorts, new creator niches) and a more automated, property-level dashboard view. To their credit, whenever we flagged these, The 95 Agency adjusted quickly.

I initially contacted The 95 Agency to design signage and update our website. During the discovery phase, The 95 Agency asked us to fill out a questionnaire to get information about our church and brand guidelines. 

The 95 Agency is still working on our site’s development. We’ve provided the written content, and they’ve designed and developed it. 

Moreover, The 95 Agency has recently designed postcards, a retractable banner for our church’s lobby area, and a wall decal. They ensured their designs matched our color scheme. We gave them the idea of what we wanted for the designs, and The 95 Agency has organized a photo shoot of my husband and me to include our photo on the banner and postcards. The postcards have our church’s contact information, and we plan to distribute them in our community.

Since this project is ongoing, we don’t have quantitative metrics yet. However, The 95 Agency has a good eye for design. They’ve walked us through the process and ensured their designs were cohesive with our brand. Additionally, an installer came to our church to install the wall decal and ensure it was installed correctly. 

Moreover, The 95 Agency's online payment system was new to me. This was a learning curve for me, and The 95 Agency has taught me the payment process patiently and helped me understand it easily.

The 95 Agency meets deadlines and stays on budget. We communicate through phone calls and emails.

Everything that I’ve requested has been executed and they always accommodate me any time there’s a correction that needs to be made. I’m very appreciative of their communication as it makes for a beautiful project.

They perform well from a project management standpoint, as they meet their deadlines and consistently stay on budget. Some aspects of the projects did take a bit longer at different points of the development, but I don’t necessarily think it was due to a lack of service on their part.

We use Trello to manage the project and typically communicate through text and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with their approach to communication — I always feel like I’m always being heard whenever I address my concerns or feedback.

Another impressive thing about The 95 Agency is how helpful and professional they’ve been in helping us as a nonprofit agency. We’ve definitely established a great relationship with their team.

They could maybe pay more attention to the little details of the product they’re developing, because I feel like there are certain parts of it that should’ve been corrected before presenting them to me for feedback.

However, they do resolve those issues quickly, so I don’t really have too much constructive criticism.

The pitch deck was submitted in PDF format, and they handled all the design and content writing aspects of the entire project. We just gave them a bit of background on our business, but they did the overall research for the statistics to round out all the information that we needed to convey.

As for the website, they had a custom design and also provided us with content writing, security, maintenance, and support.

They’ve been doing everything I required them to and are professional — I give them a ten out of ten because The 95 Agency are great at what they do.

Project management has been excellent. They’re also punctual and communicative with us, and we use phone calls to talk to each other.

They’re committed to providing us with a good service rather than just focusing on the money — this distinguishes them from other providers.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re affordable, and everything has been great since the start of the project.

We needed marketing, branding, and website development services. We wanted to do three mockups.

Upon reaching out to The 95 Agency, we told them our ideas. We didn’t know how to market, but they helped us bring our ideas to life. The team worked on social media, specifically Instagram and Facebook. Also, they developed our WordPress website from scratch, created our logo, and did some branding and UX/UI design. We provided the content we wanted on the website, such as the about us information.

We worked hand-in-hand with one person. He told his team what we needed, and they created everything else.

We searched online for someone local and looked at their work for other people. It was really clean and professional. Overall, we hired them for all the good reviews we found and their previous work; we felt they were the best fit for us.

We roughly spent $6,500 for the mockup, branding, logo, and so on.

We worked with them from January–February 2022. They did everything within a month.

Overall, they created a way for us to receive the attention we needed. Our numbers went up on social media, and people want to know more about our company, which is a plus.

Communication was effective. We were always able to reach someone, and they always got back to me promptly. Moreover, they put everything we needed together within the timeframe we asked.

We communicated over emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

Their branding work and design were outstanding. Everything was unique and original; they never created something that looked like something we’d already seen.

No, I don’t have anything negative to say. Everything worked out well.

Our website and brand was outdated and wasn’t at all user friendly. The 95 agency was able to talk through our specific goals and deliver on the vision. The goals that were fully met was first, rebranding the site to attract the level of clients. Secondly, rebrand the messaging, services and solutions to ensure it spoke to what organizations are seeking. Lastly, we wanted the site to be user friendly, sleek and also impactful. I’m happy to say all of our goals were met and exceeded our expectations!

I was seeking professionalism, reputation, customer service and most importantly and agency that was able to deliver results!

Our team had a consultation to talk through our goals, key deliverables and the vision of Explore Options Coaching. The project manager was very timely and consistent with communicating a process and timeline of the deliverables. They were very tech savvy and was able to collect information from me and my team with utilizing a portal with single sign ins. My documents were kept private and confidential. This was a very seamless process!
