I have used Simone's services multiple times. She is quick to get what is needed done and at a reasonable rate. 
The initial ask was to replicate a GoDaddy website on Wix. This included setting up an email service as well as a CAPTCHA challenge.
She followed up with me recently and we found more work for her. Updates to the website that had recently changed. As well as coding a count down timer with an annual reset.
Simone is always offering good suggestions to improve the website. Highly recommended.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was able to extend the SDET demos at conferences to include simulations of architectual design. I have been invited to more speaking events to help new SDETs improve their skills.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Simone quickly understood this is a passion project with special requirements. There are specifics in the design that included replicating intentional problems in the website for our users to find. Simone identified many of these issues with improvement recommendations. This showed me she was better at identifying design problems than many of the students who use the site for practive.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pixlrabbit?

Our original website needed to be modernized. Our customers go there to learn about our products and as the company grew the website wasn’t maintained as well. We hired Pixlrabbit to design a new website for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Pixlrabbit uses a Wix that helped us reorganize and redesign the UX for our site. Their experience with similar style websites gave us confidence they could do the job.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had several meetings to discuss the scope of the project and walked through our existing website. We decided on a milestone approach of some incremental changes that we would deploy as we implemented the new site. Finally as new pages were completed we reviewed them with Pixlrabbit and they made changes as necessary.

We had at least 3 positions 2 web designers and a project lead.

Internal and external customers commented that they loved the new site and new look.

It was effective and efficient.

They had experience in our industry and it made it easy to discuss our project because the terminology was the same.

We could have coordinated our update and release schedule a little better but we didn’t have have full-time project management on our side so I think it worked out fine for the resources we had committed to the project.

Simone at Pixlrabbit, gave my companies website a huge facelift when we moved locations and started a new Venue - The Arbor. As soon as the corona virus ( COVID- 19) hit the US, I like many, scrambled to find a way to make money. Talking with Simone, she really pushed me to do a Meal Delivery Program, and within one week I was up and running. I now have a side business that in generating income that will get me through these tough financial times we are in. Always thinking out-side the box, never satisfied with mediocre work, she is stellar in her imagination and work ethics.

To create another division of About Thyme for our currant climate

Pixelrabbit, lead by Simone, rebrands, creates, imagines, and is never satisfied until the finished project which is better than you dreamed it would be. Web- design, imagination, creative, and relentless with her/their pursuit of perfection.

They have a great team, design, back end computer analyst, and she will bring people in- for example, we did a email campaign for my new venue The Arbor, she brought someone in that is the best at words, messaging, and I was most impressed.
