4.5 May 22, 2017Sembit’s resources were very responsive and were always available for a conference call. This was new territory for our team, so it was important to have a weekly call. I felt that I could give them a call or contact them on Skype at any time, even for the slightest questions. It felt like we were their only client, which was nice. It also helped that Sembit’s team was patient with us. They were really good at listening, figuring out exactly what we were trying to do, and providing the best way to do it.
