The account manager and both partners have been very instrumental in building a plan, and whenever we have hiccups, they have a good team with a lot of knowledge that helps us. For example, we were stuck with the issue of our PPC costs being too high. However, Manuel and two or three other teammates have worked on it, and it is much better now. Moreover, Manuel and his team are really responsive. If we need to talk to them once a week, once a month, or once a day, they're always there to help us.
