Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a CEO of at the commercial freight real Estate Company headquarter in Philadelphia. Our company has about 60 employees and we serve corporate clients all along the East Coast.I oversee our digital products and s vendor relationships.

For what projects/services did your company hire Aaron Rains SEO?

We were looking to build a national brand identify for our company. We started as a small, somewhat unknown organization and we didn't much in-house expertise in design pr advertising.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase sales and become a household name on East Coast first. In doing so, we were looking to create approachable advertising campaign that had a broad reach. The campaign need to be catered to our industry.

My team search online for as agencies in our area and complied a list of 5 based on the case studies on their website. We contacted each company and narrowed it down 2 after receiving their initial pitches. It was hard decision, but we selected this vendor based on the quality of their final proposal their obvious research into our industry and their willingness to work.

After we selected this vendor we had a series of discovery meeting to discuss goal and our country's brands the team focused on understanding what the major drives were for our business.They developed and an advertising plan that included traditional and digital media.

I have worked closely with the principles of the form and they have been open to collaborating with our in-house creative.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Word with vendor, sales have increased by 70% and traffic to our website has result in significantly more conversion. Visitors in our website are increased they have all all highlight the fun approach to our campaign .

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

the project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We connected over the phone at least once a week and used Skype for all other communication . Overall i was impressed by the timelines of the team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge that this vendor had about our industry and our market. We learned much more then we thought possible and we appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful while we struggled to keep up with their innovation ideas. I will certainly engage with this company again for any brand.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything we can always be done faster but we were very satisfied with their work every step of the way.
